This coin here is an early Seleucid issue yet still in the name of Alexander III. After the death of Alexander the Diadochi continued to use coins in the same style as Alexander. Eventually some issuing the same style with their own names on it. 
This example is superb and is of the finest style and noted as such by NGC.
